Shree Nahata grew up in a Jain family in Bangalore, India. He holds a DPhil in Oriental Studies researching Jain and Buddhist Philosophy, and a Master of Philosophy in Sanskrit and Classical Indian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Oxford. In his spare time, he enjoys composing Sanskrit verses and Hindi/Urdu ghazals.
