Chris Parkison

Chris is the Studio Program Manager at VIDA Fitness- Navy Yards where he also teaches yoga, Pilates,
group fitness and cycling and leads VIDA’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. He is an E-RYT 200
and RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and did his 300 hour YTT certificate at Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh,
India. He is the creator and host of the DC Yoga Podcast.
